Fast charging up to 30W is supported when both USB-C ports are in use. For 65W, you can only use one port at a time for the fast charging to work.

I cannot achieve fast charging when using both USB-A ports?

Please ensure that the USB-C port is not in use in order to achieve full 36W for the USB-A port.
